CANCELLATION POLICY

Unless this order is for the purchase of personalised/tailor made/bespoke goods, you have the right to cancel this order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us in writing KJ EasyPay Ltd (company reg. number: 13958370) of 160 Bolton Road, Blackburn, England, BB2 4HL. You must use the cancellation form attached to your purchase order documentation. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired. If you properly exercise your right to cancel, we will collect the goods at our own expense. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

CHANGE OF DETAILS

If you change your name, address, contact number or bank account details you must tell us within 14 days of the date of change.

FAILURE TO KEEP UP WITH PAYMENTS

Should you fail to make instalment payments or pay less than the minimum amount due by the specified dates, we reserve the right to treat this failure as a material breach of your obligation to us, in which case we may ask for an immediate repayment of your entire outstanding balance. We also reserve the right to recover from you any other losses and reasonable costs we incur as a result of your default.
